Naresh Khosla, Director
Naresh is a consultant with Khosla Consultants, a Canada-based consultancy that he founded in 2002, which provides services in management, finance and administration. Prior to this, he was CFO and Director of Management Services at Cancer Care Ontario from 1992 to 2002. He also served as the CFO for Philips Electronics Ltd, Canada from 1987 to 1992, and held various positions for Philips Electronics in India, Malaysia, Europe and Canada during his career. Naresh graduated with a BA from Delhi University in 1957 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1963.

Kooshal Ashley Torul, Director
Kooshal Ashley Torul, Senior Manager at SANNE Mauritius, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius. He has been with SANNE Mauritius (previously International Financial Services Limited) for over 12 years and has developed in depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operating, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities.
Kooshal heads the Collective Investment Scheme Unit. He has worked on a diversified portfolio comprising of financial and non-financial services entities. He is also involved in fund structuring and set-ups and has been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, accounting, financial reporting, administration and corporate secretarial fields. He sits on the Board of a number of global business companies.

Arunagirinatha (Vehlen) Runghien, Director
Mr Arunagirinatha (Vehlen) Runghien –Associate Director at SANNE Mauritius, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK. He graduated with a BSc degree in Accounting with Finance from the University of Mauritius. He has been with SANNE Mauritius for 15 years and has developed in depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operating, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. He heads a team of over 19 people, and currently oversees a portfolio of over 125 financial and non-financial services entities including mutual funds, private equity funds, investment holding companies and trusts. He serves as a director of a number of global business companies.

Mehreen Peeroo, Investment Manager
Mehreen Peeroo is the Investment Manager of CIS manager. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius in 2006. Early in her career, Mehreen worked at International Financial Services Limited (now SANNE Mauritius) and developed knowledge on investment process, financial services, accounting and tax for global clients. Prior to joining TVF Capital, she worked for Cim Global Business from 2010 to 2014. Cim Global Business is one of the leading administrative services firms in Mauritius and is involved in fund management, investment management, and related administrative services for global clients. She has investment experience in equity market instruments, currencies and stock market indices globally. She has been in the fund management and investment management related industry over 14 years.
